These are the ground rules for using the BTC Tyres & Auto Distribution website. They are written in plain language for a small tyre and automotive products business in Kokrajhar, Assam.

How far the information on this site can be trusted
The product listings here are reference information. They help you understand the kinds of tyres, tubes, batteries and oils we deal in. They are not a live stock ledger or a price list.
- Whether a product is available, and at what price, is confirmed per enquiry against stock at that moment.
- Photographs and listings can lag behind real inventory — a size may sell out, or a brand may be restocked, before this page updates.
- Anything marked "ask for a quote" means exactly that: it is a request for a quote, not a promise that the item is sitting ready to ship.
We keep the site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is current at the second you read it. Confirm the specifics with us before you make a decision that depends on them.
An enquiry is not an order
Adding products to your enquiry list, or sending us a form, does not create an order, a contract, or a booking of stock. It tells us what you are interested in so we can quote. A purchase only happens later, once we have quoted, you have accepted the quote, and we have confirmed the order. The steps are explained in the enquiry and quotation terms.
Pricing
We work on quotes, not published fixed prices. Tyre, tube and battery pricing depends on brand, size, quantity and delivery point. When we prepare a quote for you, the applicable taxes are confirmed at that quoting stage and set out in the quote. Delivery carries no charge, and the area we can reach is confirmed with the quote.
Links to other websites
The site may link out to services we do not run, such as Google Maps for directions or WhatsApp for messaging. Those links are for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of the pages you reach through them.
Ownership, the BTC name and other brands
The words, layout and original material on this website belong to BTC Tyres & Auto Distribution. The trading name "BTC" used here is this business's own initialism, standing for Bodoland Territorial Council, the region we trade in. Nothing on this site means that the business is a government body, or that any government department runs, backs or endorses it.
We name third-party tyre and product brands only to describe the goods we handle and to help you identify what fits your vehicle. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not mean they own this site or that they are affiliated with us.
Our responsibility, honestly stated
We aim to keep the site running and its general information sound, but we provide it on a practical, reasonable basis for a small trading business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the website as if it were guaranteed, up-to-date stock or pricing data, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Our actual commercial dealings with you — what we supply, at what price, on what terms — are governed by the quote we issue and confirm to you, not by anything shown on a page. This does not limit rights you cannot lawfully give up.
Where these terms stand
It is the business's stated position that these terms are governed by the laws of India, and that for disputes the courts at Kokrajhar, Assam have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. We have not added any arbitration or other forum clause that the owner has not confirmed.
