At the counter
What the puncture service covers
Written plainly, with nothing assumed. We look at the tyre, and we tell you what we find before touching it.
- Puncture assessment — we inspect the tyre and locate what is actually causing the air loss.
- Repair of tube and tube-type punctures — punctures on inner tubes and on tube-type tyres, where repair is a workable option.
- Fitting back on the vehicle — we refit the wheel at the counter once the repair is done.
- You hear it first — we tell you what we find and quote before starting any work. If the tyre cannot be repaired, we say so.
What we do not publish here. We do not list repair prices, how long a job takes, the machines we use, or any guarantee. Repair depends on the damage, and we confirm it with you in person at the counter.

We repair and refit
Where a repair is workable and you agree, we mend the puncture and fit the wheel back for you at the counter.
