How the process works

Four stages — approval is not automatic

Submitting an application starts a conversation. It does not create a dealership, reserve stock or fix any price.

    We check the business and contact details you gave us. If we need documents, we will tell you how to send them securely.

  3. Commercial discussion

    Product lines, quantities, quotation basis, payment arrangement and delivery position are discussed and agreed.

  4. Approval and onboarding

    Only if BTC approves the application and both sides agree the terms is a dealer account created and onboarding arranged.

Approval is not automatic. Many applications are reviewed and not taken forward, and BTC does not publish dealer counts or brand authorisations. Receiving a reference number means your application was logged — nothing more.

Does applying guarantee a dealership?
No. Approval is not automatic. Applications are verified, commercial terms are discussed, and BTC decides whether to take the relationship forward. Many applications are not approved.
Will I get credit or a discount?
We do not promise credit facilities or discounts on this page. Anything of that kind is discussed only after verification and approval, and it stands on the terms both sides agree.
Do I get an exclusive area?
No exclusive territory is offered. What we can discuss is how your shop would work alongside BTC in your district, subject to the agreed arrangement.
Do you upload documents here?

Is TYRE CONNECT access automatic?
No. Platform access is subject to eligibility and availability, and some features inside the app are still in development. Approval of an application and platform access are separate decisions.
